Appointments

SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT

We will try to accommodate your request for a same-day appointments typically for acute or urgent care needs. Please be aware that at the time of your visit, if you have additional or multiple health concerns you wish to discuss with your physician or provider, you may be asked to schedule another visit.

NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION

We do understand that situations may come up beyond your control that prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or do not notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged a missed appointment/no-show fee of $10.00.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Please allow 3 business days for prescription refill requests.

PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS

If your prescription is completely out of refills, you will need to renew your prescription in an appointment.
